This vehicle is in excellent condition, both inside and out, and is simply beautiful to drive. It has been professionally converted and is fully lined and insulated. It is kitted out with a kitchen sink, twin gas hob, oven and fridge, as well as well designed storage units. The rear seat easily converts into a good size, comfortable bed that sleeps two. There is also a shower tap at the rear of the van for washing off walking boots etc. Gas BBQ’s are easy when you have a connection tap just under the rear tailgate. And refilling the professionally fitted gas tank can be done at most petrol stations in the same way you would top up with fuel. The side steps make it easy to get in and out of the van and the Fiamma out winds out to provide shade. Being a Kombi means it has factory fitted Air Conditioning to the rear seats and the rear side glass is also original. There’s adequate power in the 2.0 litre engine, which has also been mapped to 180bhp. The Veedub is also 4 wheel drive so it handles beautifully. You will not be disappointed. We bought this van (who we affectionately call Juan), back in 2018. Juan was a plumbers van with a long wheelbase. We had Colebrooks convert him to a permanent high top. We finished the conversion ourselves, then rented Juan out for 3 years via Quirky Campers. We made enough to add solar panels, keep him well serviced and improve some of the body work. When we lived in London, Juan was our escape vehicle. Now we live near the sea, we simply don’t need to escape anymore. Happy to set up viewings, discuss best offers, or provide any further information. Volkswagen T4 LWB High Top 2.5 TDI. 3 Belted Seats, Sleeps 2. L – 5m, W – 1.85m, H – 3m first time van drivers don’t be intimidated, he’s very easy to drive. Unladen Weight – 2,060kg. Gas sign-off: Landlords Gas Safe Certificate. MOT passed 24th March’22. Gas inspection passed 30th May’22. Service history back to 2018. 2.5 litre turbo diesel – cruises at 70mph on the motorway no problem. Long range, 80 L fuel tank. Paint is sun faded on the left hand side, but we like the look so never addressed it. Rust on the left hand wheel arches. Fixable, we just never prioritised it. We’ve since replaced the rusty fuel cap and refurbished one of the wheel arches on the right side to good as new. A mix of handbuilt birch face ply cabinets and cork. A table attached to the bedside storage that folds away. Vintage 2 hob gas burner with grill w/ recent safety inspection. 1.84m x 1.3m dimensions. L-shaped bench with custom-made pads slides out into a double bed. It has been very well maintained and only as 156735 miles on the clock which is driven by a 2 LTR Turbo diesel Durotorqe engine getting about 35 miles per gallon and first registered in 2001. It has two sliding doors which is quite rare, it means you can put a sun awning on one side and a drive-away awning on the other. It comes with an Anti-theft Pro stop lock, Electric leather seats, windows, and mirrors. Aircon in-cab a passenger swivel seat. The rear seating folds out to a double bed with a very comfy mattress. Fitted with three belted seats two up front and one behind. TV/video player, hot and cold water, Two gas hobs and toaster, sink, Electric flush toilet with hand basin. A 120-watt solar panel fitted to the roof and two large leisure batteries are ideal for off-grid camping. 12 volt led lighting, 240 volt hook up with extra long lead, fridge freezer, small oil-based electric heater, tow bar and bike rack. Vw T4 Camper Van

A lovely example of a long wheel base T4. This was once an executive minibus so has been well looked after. Has a slide out bed with lights over which is huge and very comfortable. A sink, fridge and camping stove. Electric hook up with lots of power points and a leisure battery to power lights which also comes with 5 12v sockets. It is fully lined so really warm at night and also has heating but I have never had to use it. Both seats at the front have arm rests and the passenger seat is a swivel seat. Is mechanically sound and drives really well although a bit sluggish uphill as these vans are. Can comfortably travel for long distances. Air awning included which takes 10 minutes to put up and has.
