Two burner hob, washing up sink. Dometic Fresh Jet air conditioner. Lots of storage space. Underbody fresh and waste water tanks. 25l underbody gas system. Seat swivel on passenger seat. The vehicle is in very good condition and great for a family of 4 with children. Our kids have really enjoyed the van, but have been off to uni and don’t want to go away any more, so time to downsize. We live in the country side with small roads so there are scratches down the sides of the vans from the trees and bushes, there are a few other marks from before the van was converted. Cold shower for rinsing boots etc. There are some unique features on this campervan, the pull out drawer on the rear extends to 900mm and is rated for 150kg, the drawer above the fridge also has strong drawer runners which will allow you to place a chopping board on it to use as extra worktop space. The diesel heater has had its supply taken from the vans diesel tank so you will never get cold. The bed can be fully extended without interfering with the fridge door. There are 2 sockets at the side door, one operates on shore power and one operates from the 1000w inverter so you will have 240v power whether you are plugged in on site or on the road. Heated garage has been used as bedroom to sleep another person with curtain over door! With 125cc piaggio moped if required at extra charge. Gas Safe certified cert. EGJ20190529 valid to 28.5.2020. C1 was included on driving tests taken before 1997, since then to drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes you need to pass an LGV medical test (download a D4 form and take to your GP to do, unless you have already completed a medical for an PCV licence). Then download a D2 form and sit and pass an LGV Multiple Choice (Module 1a) and LGV Hazard Perception (Module 1b) theory tests, followed by a 12 hour C1 course with a test at the end. If you already have C1 then fabulous. If not and you drive large vans you should pass easily. Its worth doing the extra +E course which allows you to pull trailers on these vehicles.
